Napapiiri offers a selection of equipment for rent: baby carriers and slings for ergonomic babywearing from infants to toddlers and beyond; breast pumps to facilitate nursing; and TENS machines for pain relief in labor contractions. Also the library is at everyone’s disposal during the meetings. The books’ themes range from child rearing to childbirth and nursing. Members of Tampereen Napapiiri ry may also borrow books.
The proceeds from all rentals go to expanding the rental collection and developing the activity at Napapiiri. Tampereen Napapiiri gladly accepts baby carriers, TENS machines and books as donations – if you wish you give away yours, please contact info at tampereennapapiiri.fi.
